Do operators still need to scan barcodes?
Only at carton-open and carton-close. Inside the carton, AI recognition replaces per-item scanning - much faster.
What about look-alike SKUs?
We add label / print verification or a small print-mark check for SKUs the operator can't tell apart by eye. The model is trained on your specific catalogue.
Can it handle variable carton sizes?
Yes - carton templates are configured per SKU/order; the camera auto-registers the carton position on the bench.
Where is the photo-evidence stored?
On-prem by default, with retention policies per customer. Optional cloud archive for shipping-portal access.
